| 摘 要： | 绿证培训是加拿大最具特色的农业职业教育形式.它着眼于就业岗位,按照职业层次确定培训等级;着重于能力培养,根据生产需要确定培训内容;突出能力标准,以统一的要求来规范培训、学习和考核;注重实践训练,以"师傅带徒弟"的形式"在做中学会做";坚持"培考分离",客观公正地评价培训结果和培训质量.这些特点对于我国的中高等农业职业教育以深深的启示.

| Abstract: | Green certificate training is the most characteristic agriculture vocational education form. It gaze on employ site, make training grade on vocational level; stress on ability training, make training content on production demand; protrude ability criterion, standardize training, learning and exam with unified demand; stress on practise training, learning doing in the doing through apprentice follow master worker; insist separate training and exam, evalue objectively and just the training result and training qulity. This give us deep enlightment on chinese high and middle agriculture vocational education. |
