| 摘 要： | 河南省郑州市九所民办高校人才培养模式现状的调查数据显示，河南省民办高校在人才培养模式上存在人才培养目标不明确、专业和课程设置不合理等方面的问题。要解决这些问题，需要完善河南省民办高校应用型人才培养模式，提升人才培养质量，增强学生的就业竞争力和综合实践能力。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation data of the present situation of talent cultivation mode in nine
private universities in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, this paper finds out the main problems in the
talent cultivation mode of private universities in Henan Province, and puts forward some suggestions for
perfecting the application-oriented talent cultivation mode in private universities in Henan Province.
It has a strong theoretical significance for improving the quality of talent cultivation, enhancing the
employment competitiveness and comprehensive practical ability of the students, and even better serving
the development of regional economy in Henan Province. |
