| 摘 要： | 北京小毛驴市民农园随着北京的城市化而产生,是一种逆城市化现象.小毛驴市民农园作为中国人民大学的产学研基地,依托中国人民大学的智力资源,得到了一定程度的发展,但也遇到了资金匮乏、人才难留、土地使用冲突、农业技术支持较少、缺乏与其他农场联系等发展困境,需要寻求切实可行的发展对策.

| Abstract: | Beijing Little Donkey Farm is a result of Beijing municipal urbanization,which is a
counter-urbanization phenomenon.As the industry-university-research base of Renmin University
of China, Little Donkey Farm achieved a certain degree of development based on the university''s
intellectual resources.However, it also encountered problems such as talent loss,land use conflict,lack
of funds and agricultural technology,isolated from other farms etc.,which demands a practical
development strategy. |
