构建首都高质量人才培养的新农科职业教育体系

首都都市型现代农业的高质量发展，科技和人才的基础性支撑极其重要。北京农业农村职业教育担负着培养掌握现代农业先进技术技能、服务“三农”和乡村振兴的专业化人才的重要使命。针对北京郊区的发展定位及现代农业发展特点，以及职业教育办学现状和社会需求，提出构建服务都市型现代农业、服务首都“三农”及乡村振兴的新农科“中高本一体化”职业教育体系，优化农业农村职业教育专业布局，培养造就更多爱农村、懂技术、善经营、会管理的涉农专业人才，有效增加京郊发展所需人才的储备，提高科技成果转化、应用与推广效率，提升职业教育服务“三农”的质量，促进京郊农业农村产业发展和乡村振兴，有效推进首都乡村的绿色、低碳、数字化建设与高质量发展。

For the high quality development of modern agriculture in capital, the basic support from science and technology and talents is extremely important.
