| 摘 要： | 国外的农业合作社出现较早,发展比较成熟,其类型概括起来有三种,分别以美国、日本、欧盟为代表;我国的农民专业合作经济组织经历了曲折的发展过程,目前已经进入了新的发展时期.国内外经验表明,合作社是农民组织的最好形式,必将有着更加广阔的发展空间.

| Abstract: | Agricultural cooperatives appeared earlier in overseas,and now,the development of these institutional forms is more mature.In sum up,there are three types of agricultural cooperatives,namely,the United States,Japan,and the EU as representatives.China's rural specialized cooperative economic organizations experienced a tortuous course,and have stepped into a new development period.Domestic and international experience shows that the cooperative is the best form of farmers' organization,it would have a broader development space. |
