| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后，给中小银行发展带来了机遇和挑战。如何抓住机遇，迎接挑战，事关中小银行的生存与发展。应采取的对策有：营造良好外部环境，增强中小银行的实力；重组中小银行体系，增加中小银行活力；运用差异化经营战略，提升中小银行竞争力。

| Abstract: | China entering into WTO brings opportunities and challenges to small and middle banks. How to seize opportunities and meet challenges is important for small and middle banks to survive and develop. Necessary counter measurements are listed here: to create suitable external environments with the purpose of strengthening capacity of small and middle banks; to reorganize new system with the purpose of enhancing vigor and vitality of small and middle banks; to use divergent strategy on management with the purpose of promoting competition of small and middle banks. |
