不同解冻方案与奶牛受胎率关系的研究

为研究不同解冻方案与奶牛受胎率的关系，试验选用81头健康无病，自然发情及排卵都正常的荷斯坦牛，对采用4种解冻方案（40℃20s与75℃3s水浴解冻、体内解冻、手搓解冻）的细管冻精解冻后的受胎效果进行跟踪对比，结果显示：体内解冻组的第一情期受胎率最高，为50.00%，其次是40℃20s解冻组，第一情期受胎率为45.00%，两组差异不显著(P＞0.05)；75℃、3s解冻组与手搓解冻组的第一情期受胎率分别为42.86%和35.00%，手搓解冻组的第一情期受胎率较体内解冻组、40℃20s解冻组差异显著（P＜0.05）。试验结果表明，在人工授精生产中冻精选用体内解冻直接输精法奶牛第一情期受胎率最高。

Study on Effect of Different Thawing Solution on the Conception Rate of Holstein Cows

The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between different thawing solution and conception rate of holstein cows. This article observed the effect of different thawing solution(Water bath thawing 40℃ for 20s and 75℃ for 3s, Thaw in the body and hand rub thawing) on conception rate of 81 healthily, natural estrus and ovulation normal holstein cows. The results showed the first stage of conception rate frozen by the four ways were 45%,42.86%,50% and 35% respectively, Among them tand rub thawing group had distinct difference from thaw in the body group and water bath thawing 40℃ for 20s group(P < 0.05). The results indicate that, the first stage of conception rate by thawing in the body was the highest in artificial insemination.
