我国食品安全现状及发展对策

摘    要:近年来,我国食品安全事件频发,食品安全现状不容乐观.食品原料疏于控制、食品加工操作不规范,市场监督力度不强是主要原因.今后,应采取提高全民食品安全意识,健全和完善食品生产的法则,积极推广以HACCP为核心的ISO 22000食品安全管理体系,建立食品完全信息发布制度等对策来解决我国食品安全问题.

Abstract:In these years,the incidents of food safety often happened in our country,the Current Situation of food safety is not good.The reasons that the poor food safety situation are following : no good controlling of food materials,no strict criteria of food processing and no enough force of the supervising of the market.From now on,the problems of food safety can be solved by some countermeasures.It is to enhance the all consumers' consciousness of food safety,to perfect the rules of food processing,to popularize ISO 22000 FMS(food safety management system) based on HACCP,to establish the system of information proclamation of food safety and so on.
