摘    要: 根据近年来致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)与马铃薯间相互作用的研究成果,阐述在致病疫霉(P.infestans)与马铃薯间相互作用的过程中,马铃薯小种专化性抗性基因与致病疫霉的无毒性基因间的相互关系,分析在此互作时所产生的二十碳四烯酸(AA)、二十碳戊烯酸(EPA)、葡聚糖、茉莉酸(JA)以及各种病程相关蛋白(PR- protein)等物质的调控作用,从而进一步论述致病疫霉(P.infestans)与马铃薯间相互作用的机理。

Abstract:According to the recent results of research on the interaction between Phytophthora infestans and potato,this paper expounds the relationship between the race specific resistant gene in potato and avirulence gene of P.infestans and then analysises the regulated fuction of arachidonic(AA),eicosapentaenic acid (EPA), gluance and all kinds of pathogenesis related protein during the process of the interaction between P. infestans and potato. Further it demonstrates the interaction mechanism between P. infestans and potato.
