小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基的遗传特性研究

摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)方法,在蛋白质水平上对多个亲本及其杂交获得的正反交F1代杂交籽粒进行小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)分析,研究其遗传规律.结果表明:小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基具有品种特性,表达受遗传控制,不受环境影响;小麦高分子量谷蛋白业基在F1代有些组合呈共显性,有些组合呈倾母性的遗传特性.

Abstract:The genotypes and genetic rule of high molecular weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS) in wheat were conducted by SDS-PAGE in protein levels.The results indicated that the band patterns of HMW-GS were controlled by wheat genes and they were not affected by environmental factors.The parents transmitted all HMW-GS to the hybrid F1 in some cross combinations,and the female parent affected significantly in inheritance in hybrid F1 in anothor cross combination.
