松墨天牛和中国圆田螺体内纤维素酶系的比较研究*

摘    要: 分别在不同pH,温度、反应时间条件下,对松墨天牛和中国圆田螺两种动物体内纤维素酶系的组成和活性进行了分析;在纤维素酶系的3种底物同时存在下,分析了两物种中纤维素酶的协同作用。结果表明在松墨天牛和中国圆田螺体内均具有将纤维素降解为简单糖的完整纤维素酶系。松墨天牛体内纤维素酶系中各组分的活性均较中国圆田螺高;在对3种底物同时作用时,松墨天牛体内纤维素酶系活性也高于中国圆田螺,揭示了两物种的纤维素酶系的协同作用有明显差异,为进一步寻求高活性纤维素酶提供基础数据。

Abstract:This research analyzed the composition and activity of 2 kinds of animalscellulase systems which come from Monochamus alternatus and Cipangopaludina chinensis separately under the condition of different pH,temperature,and reaction time;it analyzed the cooperation of cellulase in the two species under the condition of the three substrates of the cellulase system existing simultaneously.The results showed that there were integrated cellulase systems which could degrade the cellulose to monosaccharide in vivo of M.alternatus and Cchinensis.The activity of every component of the cellulase system in vivo ofM alternatus was higher than that in Cchinensis,the cellulase system in vivo ofM alternatus was also more active than that in C chinensiswhen reacting with the three substrates simultaneously.It is indicated that there are remarkable discrepancies in the cooperation between different components in the cellulase system of the 2 species,providing with basic dates for further research for high active cellulase.
