| 摘 要： | 电影是文化传播的重要媒介之一，在一定程度上说，片名的文化意蕴是对电影的最好注脚。由于文化态势不同，东西方译者在对影片的翻译上所采取的策略也各有不同。但无论采用的是归化还是异化的翻译策略，从翻译方向上看，民族中心主义都可能存在。本文试图从文化输出角度来探讨东西方译者在翻译实践中所具有的民族中心主义及其原因，旨在探求恰当的异化翻译策略，积极彰显自身文化特性，弘扬中国文化。

| Abstract: | Movie is one of the most important mass medias. The cultural implication of film title, to some degree, is the best footnote to the film. Nowadays, different translation strategies are employed in different cultural situations. However, translation never takes place in a vacuum, instead, ethnocen- trism is present in the process of translation, whether by means of domestication or foreignization. In this paper, the ethnocentrism employed by east-west translators and its causes are expounded from the perspective of cultural output, which aims at exploring appropriate foreignizing translation strategy to develop of our home culture. |
