摘    要: 在供水量适宜的条件下,烟株发育正常,其团棵期Mg积累量约占一生的55.3%,旺长期占38.9%,成熟期为5.8%。供水过多、过少处理,前、中期Mg积累量相对偏少,引起成熟期Mg积累量不足。Mg在烟株各器官的分配,团棵期的叶片>根系>茎;旺长期以后烟叶>茎>根系。各生育时期都是叶肉>叶脉。烟叶分配百分率,各个时期都是供水适宜的多于供水过多或过少处理。在供水过多、过少情况下,加大根、茎部分Mg分配比例,减少烟叶分配比例。

Abstract:Flue cured tobacco plant grows and develops natura1ly in the condition of supplying moderate amount water. Meanwhile, magnesium accumulation makes up 55.3% in the prophase, 38.9% in period of vigorous growth and 5.8% in period of mature. Supplying water excessively or deficiently, less magnesium accumulation in earlier and intermediate stage may exert pressure on absorption in anaphase and result in deficient magnesium accumu1ation in period of mature. In the different parts of tobacco plant, Magnesium distribution percentage is as follows: leaf>root>stalk in the prophase; leaf>stalk>root after vigorous growth and >vein in every stage. Magnesium distribution percentage in leaf in every stage of treatments with supp1ying moderate water is more than that with supplying water excessively or insufficiently. In excessive or deficient water supply condition, magnesium distribution percentage in root and stalk increases, whereas decreases in leaf.
