世界水产品国际贸易比较优势区域特征分析

介绍了世界水产品生产、消费和国际贸易最新进展，计算了2003～2008年世界153个国家（地区）水产品出口国际市场占有率和RCA指数，并分析了各年度世界水产品国际贸易比较优势区域特征。采用空间计量经济学方法，分析了世界水产品国际贸易比较优势全局及局部空间自相关关系。研究发现，世界水产品国际贸易比较优势空间依赖作用的确存在，但是这种空间自相关关系较为脆弱。最后，提出提升我国水产品国际贸易比较优势的建议。

Analysis on Spatial Features of World Fishery and Aquatic Products Revealed Comparative Advantages

The paper introduces newly development of world fishery and aquatic production, consumption and trade, calculates 153 countries＇ （regions） export market shares and RCA indexes of fishery and aquatic products during the period of 2003 and 2008, and reveals regional features of those market shares and RCA indexes. It also analyzes global and local spatial dependence of world fishery and aquatic products comparative advantages by applying spatial econometrics methods. It finds that spatial dependence of world fishery and aquatic products comparative advantages does exist but seems to be unstable. Policy recommendations on how to improve China＇s fishery and aquatic products Comparative Advantages are provided at the end.
