新杀菌剂5%广枯灵水剂对稻瘟病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要: 室内5%广枯灵水剂对水稻稻瘟病菌菌丝、孢子的毒力测定结果表明:新杀菌剂5%广枯灵水剂不但能抑制稻瘟病菌菌丝的生长,而且对稻瘟病孢子萌发的抑制作用较好。5%广枯灵水剂100 mg/L的抑菌效果为67.1%;400 mg/L的抑菌效果可达100%。对照药剂20%三环唑400 mg/L 的抑菌效果仅为84.4%,5%广枯灵水剂对稻瘟病菌孢子萌发的BC50值47.99 mg/L;20%三环唑BC50值56.43 mg/L;5%广枯灵水剂抑制稻瘟病菌菌丝生长,抑制稻瘟病菌孢子萌发以及BC50值均明显好于当前广泛使用的20%三环唑。

Abstract:The toxicity of 5% GKL has been tested on mycelial and conidia of rice blast in the laboratory. The results show the GKL has inhibitory to mycelial growth, but also more effective to conidia germination. The inhibition effect of GKL with 100 mg/L is 67.1% and 400 mg/L is up to 100%, while the inhibition effect of 20% tricycleazole with 400 mg/L, which is check fungicides, is only 84.4%.The Ec 50 value of GKL is 47.99 mg/L, while that of 20% tricycleazole is 56.43 mg/L. GKL on inhibiting mycelial growth and conidia germination to rice blast is much better visibly than 20% tricycleazole which is used widely.
