| 摘 要： | 龙头企业对西部欠发达地区农业产业化进程及农业经济增长具有重要意义。文章通过对甘肃省358家农业产业化龙头企业的调查分析，发现龙头企业在发展过程中存在企业家文化素质偏低、技术人才短缺、自主研发能力弱、产品竞争力不强等问题。在此基础上从战略管理、利益联结、科技创新以及政策环境等方面就如何发展壮大欠发达地区龙头企业进行了一定程度的思考。

| Abstract: | Leading enterprises have important implications for agricultural industrialization process and economic growth in less developed western regions. It has been found, through a questionnaire researc- hing 358 agricultural industrialization leading enterprises of Gansu, that there are many unfavorable factors in the process of leading enterprises＇ development, such as low cultural quality of entrepre- neurs, shortage of technical personnel, R＆D capability weak, products less competitive and other is- sues. To expand the leading enterprises in undeveloped areas, the author made some thoughts in terms of modem enterprise management, links of interest, technology innovation, policy environment, and etc. |
