新疆阿勒泰地区乡村振兴与乡村旅游耦合协调研究

以新疆阿勒泰地区为研究对象,构建乡村振兴系统与乡村旅游系统综合评价体系,运用熵值法,测算系统评价指标的权重。基于耦合协调模型,剖析阿勒泰地区乡村振兴与乡村旅游耦合协调度水平。研究表明:在2007—2019年期间,阿勒泰地区乡村振兴系统和乡村旅游系统的综合评价指数逐年递增,其耦合协调度也呈现增长趋势,由严重失调阶段发展至中度协调阶段,实现跨越式增长,但至今仍未达到优质协调。因此,阿勒泰地区应通过挖掘地区优势旅游资源潜力、加快农村公共基础设施和服务、引进人才、开发旅游产品、创新乡村旅游营销模式等方式,进一步促进阿勒泰地区乡村旅游的可持续发展,为解决乡村地区脱贫攻坚任务提供强力支撑,以期最终实现阿勒泰地区乡村振兴。

Coupling and Coordination of Rural Rejuvenation and Rural Tourism in Altay Region of Xinjiang

Taking Altay region as the research object,a comprehensive evaluation system of rural revitalization system and rural tourism system is constructed,and the weight of the system evaluation indexes is calculated by using entropy method.Based on the coupled coordination model,the level of coupling coordination between rural revitalization and rural tourism in the Altay region is analyzed.And the following conclusions were obtained:During the period of 2007—2019,the comprehensive evaluation index of the rural revitalization system and rural tourism system in Altay region increased year by year,and the coupling coordination degree also showed a growth trend,from a severe imbalance stage to a moderate coordination stage,to achieve a leap growth,but has yet to achieve highquality coordination.Therefore,the Altay region should further promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in the Altay region by tapping the region’s potential tourism resource potential,accelerating rural public infrastructure and services,introducing talents,developing tourism products,and innovating rural tourism marketing models.The regional poverty alleviation mission provides strong support in order to eventually achieve the rural revitalization of Altay region.
