摘    要: 野生稻在漫长的进化过程中,受复杂的自然环境和生态选择的共同作用,拥有了极其丰富的遗传多样性,蕴藏着许多优良特性,如抗病虫害、高蛋白含量、雄性不育等,是水稻育种重要的基因库。通过野生稻与栽培稻种间杂交,可以把野生稻的优异基因转移到栽培稻中,提高栽培稻的育种和生产水平。本文综述了稻属种间杂交在育种上的成就、利用的主要途径、杂交的困难、解决方法及今后的研究展望。

Abstract:After a long period of evolution and interaction of complicated natural conditions and ecological selection, wild rice possesses rich genetic diversities and many superior characteristics, such as resistance to diseases and pests, high protein content, male sterility and so on, because of which it is one of important gene banks in rice breeding.The good gene from wild rice can be introduced into the cultivated rice cultivar through the interspecific cross between wild rice and cultivated rice so as to enhance the breeding and production level of the cultivated rice. In this paper, we summarized the achievements, the chief utilization way, the difficulties and its solution way, and the future research prospects in the interspecific cross.
