| 摘 要： | 种子净度分析是种子质量检验以及种子学、种子检验学等课程的主要内容之一.但由于其分析过程中所测数据较多,计算过程繁琐,误差测算次数多,工作量大,在教学过程中会占用大量时间,尤其在实验教学中要检查每个同学的测定结果是否准确时,需要更多时间.本研究根据多年教学经验,将种子净度分析的方法设计成Excel电子表格,用于种子质量检验,以及应用于种子学、种子检验学等课程的理论教学和实验教学中,简便、快速、准确地计算出检测结果.

| Abstract: | Seed purity analysis is one of the main contents, not only in seed quality inspection, but al so in the courses such as ＂seed science＂ and ＂seed inspection＂. A lot of time will be occupied in the teaching process, especially in the experiment teaching to check each classmate determination result, because of the large number of data, complicated calculating process, many times to error estimates and heavy workload. In this study, an excel work sheet for seed purity analysis was established, used in seed quality inspection, and the theoretical and experimental teaching in the courses such as ＂seed science＂ and ＂seed inspection＂, could calculate the detection results simply, rapidly and accurately. |
