稻瘟病菌致病突变株的分离

摘    要: 利用4个分属宗亲群4,7,17 和44的菌株连续接种在C039的单基因近等基因系和基因累加系上, 以获得突变抗病基因新菌株。经13轮接种循环, 共分离到9个新菌株。其中8个针对C101LAC(Pi-1) 突变 , 另1个针对C101PKT (Pi-4a)和F128 (Pi-ta2) 的双位点突变。4个原始菌株, P06-6, 9248-6, 9239-4和101-7-2的突变频率分别为: 0, 2.82×10-5, 2.05×10-5 和9.09×10-5。菌株针对不同抗病基因的突变频率不同,由Av-1变到Av-1和由Avir-4a(t)突变到Av-4a的频率分别为7.51×10-5和6.14×10-5。没有针对Pi-2突变体出现。

Abstract:To isolate pathogenic mutants of Magnaporthe grisea, 4 parental strains belonging to lineages 4, 7, 17 and 44 were inoculated onto the C039 near-isogenic lines successively.Nine mutants were obtained after 13 inoculation cycles. Among the mutants, 8 mutated to C101LAC (Pi-1) and 1 to C101PKT (Pi-4) and F128 (Pi-ta2). The four parental strains, P06-6, 9248-6, 9239-4 and 101-7-2-1-1 mutated with frequencies of 0, 2.82×10-5, 2.05×10-5 and 9.09×10-5, respectively. The mutation frequencies were different for different resistance genes of rice.The frequencies were 7.51×10-5 and 6.14×10-5 for Pi-1 and Pi-4.No mutants appeared on C101A51 (Pi-2).
