多路电源任意电流分配控制系统

摘    要: 针对目前电源供电模块受功率大小影响的不足,提出了解决方案。设计出一种由三路DC/DC变换器并联组成的输出电流任意比例分配的电源供电模块。整个系统由DC/DC变换器、采样电路、控制电路、按键显示电路等模块组成。开关电源三路主回路都输入12 V DC,通过升压斩波电路,变换为20~30 V DC输出;主控制器为STC12C516S2单片机。主控制器和TL494以双闭环形式控制DC/DC变换电路,既能通过电压反馈控制稳定输出电压,又能通过电流反馈对输出电流任意分配比例控制。且该系统还有过流保护功能。

Abstract:In view of the present power supply module size affect by the power of the shortages, this paper puts forward a kind of very good solution. A kind of the three ways DC/DC converter parallel composition of output current arbitrary proportion distribution of power supply module was designed. The whole system consisted of DC/DC converter, sampling circuit, control circuit, key display circuit modules. Switching power supply three ways main circuit were input 12 V DC, through the booster chopper circuit, transformation of 20~30 V DC output. The main controller was STC12C516S2 single-chip microcomputer. The main controller and TL494 to double closed loop control in the form of DC/DC conversion circuit, can use the voltage feedback control stable output voltage, but also use the current feedback to output current arbitrary allocation proportion control. And this system also has the over-current protection function.
