摘    要: 通过水培污染试验,研究了Cb,Pb,Cd+Pb对烟叶的几项生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)烟叶叶绿素a,b含量均随Cd,Pb,Cd+Pb处理浓度的增加而下降,呈负指数关系。(2)叶绿素和蛋白质的结合牢固度随着Cd浓度的增加而下降,但Pb则表现为随浓度的增加先是下降,随后又逐渐上升。(3)Cd对烟叶NR的活性影响表现为促进后抑制;Pb抑制烟叶NR的活性,仅在2.6×10-3mol/L时出现一个小抗性峰。(4)烟叶CMP均随Cd,Pb浓度的增加而增大,呈线性正相关关系。

Abstract:The effect of Cd, Pb and Cd+Pb on some physiological indicators of tobacco leave was studied by hydroponica. Results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, bintobacco leave decreased with the concentration of Cd, Pb and Cd+Pb increasing; the stability of combining chlorophyll with protein decreased with Cd concentration increasing, and decreased first, then increased with Pb concentration increasing, the activity of NR was stimulated first, then inhibited with Cd concentration increasing and it was inhibited by Pb, which had only a small resistant peak at 2.6×10-3mol/L; the activity of CMP increased with Cd and Pb concentration increasing.
