云南马关保种无角山羊血液蛋白多态性研究

 采用水平板淀粉胶电泳技术分析了云南马关保种无角山羊的血液蛋白多态性。对36个个体45个基因座位的分析得出: Esd,Pep-B,Lap,Akp,Ces-1,Ces-2共6个座位出现多态性,且Esd^A,Pep-B^A,Lap^A,Akp^B,Ces-1^A,Ces-2^A的基因频率较高。多态座位百分率P=0.133,平均杂合度H=0.04863.本研究为该地方品种羊的保种与利用提供了基础资料。

Study on the Blood Protein Polymorphism of Yunnan Conserved Maguan Polled Goat

In this study,the analysis of 45 gene loci from Yunnan Conserved Maguan polled goats was carried out by means of horizontal starch gel electrophoresis the blood samples of 36 goats was used.The polymorphism was found only in Esd,Pep-B,Ces-1,Ces-2,Akp,Lap.The gene frequencies of polymorphic loci were calculated and found high in Esd^A,Pep-B^A,Lap^A,Akp^B,Ces-1^A,Ces-2^A.Genetic variability was obtained as follows: the proportion of polymorphism loci(P)was 0.133,and the average heterozysity(H)was 0.04863.These values were not so high as in other domestic goat populations so far examined.but the genetic vanations in conserved Maguan polled goat were higher than in Guishan goat in Yunnan Province.The results of this study could be used as the fundamental data for the conservation and utilization of Yunnan Maguan polled goat.
