云南本地粗毛绵羊胎盘结构的观察

 对云南本地粗毛绵羊不同孕期的胎盘进行显微观察,发现胎盘屏障结构有6层。其中,子宫与胎膜结合的界面上有下述形式:合胞体-绒毛膜上皮;单核细胞-绒毛膜上皮;腺体上皮(肉阜间区)-绒毛膜上皮。胎盘内的显微交换面随胎儿生长发育而增加。子宫肉阜上的旁侧有子宫腺分布。

Studies on Placental Structure in Yunnan Native sheep

According to the writer's observation on the placentome in different stages of pregnancy in Yunnan native sheep, the following conclusion may be drawn:1. Six layers of placental barrier were present:maternal endothelium, maternal connective, cryptal syncytium and singlenuclear cell, trophoblast comprising cuboidal cells and binucleate giant cells, mesenchyme and foetal endothelium.2. The placental exchange area is enlarged as the fetus grows. The utrerine glands were present in the lateral part of the caruncles.
