| 摘 要： | 本文报道了分布于云南省曲靖地区的云岭山羊皮肤组织结构的特点,其结果是:皮肤总厚度1655μm,真皮毛囊层厚435.5μm,网状层厚1160μm。次级毛囊短,一般只达初级毛囊皮脂腺水平处。1mm2皮肤面积初级毛囊达2.97个;次级毛囊与初级毛囊数比为6.6。同时,对该品种羊的皮用质量问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the author's investigation,the total skin thickness in Yunling goats was 1655μm.Within the dermis,the thermal layer and the deeper reticular layer were 435.5μm and 1160μm respectively.The secondary follicles were very small and many did not penetrate the sebaceous gland level of the primary follicles.The S/P ratio was 6.6 and the mean density of primary follicles was 2.97/mm2.The problems of using these goatskins were discussed. |
