云南兰属植物过氧化物酶同工酶的研究

摘    要: 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析云南兰属14个种21个变种和品种的过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明:属内种间大部分具有明显的酶谱差异,而在线叶春兰、莲瓣兰、惠兰、珠砂兰、春绿兰间差异不很明显。用排序的方法对云南兰属14种21个变种品种酶谱的相似程度进行了研究,按酶谱的排序结果把它们分为9个类群。其中沉香虎头兰、红唇虎头兰、独占春、大雪兰为一类群;线叶春兰、莲瓣兰、珠砂兰、惠兰、春绿兰为另一类群;墨兰、建兰、剑兰、朵朵香(春兰)、火烧兰、蜜蜂兰、冬凤兰各为一个类群。在线叶春兰和莲瓣兰中的酶谱变化较大。

Abstract:By means of polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis, peroxidase isoenzymes of 14 species and 21 varieties of Cymbidium in Yunnan province were analysed. The interspecific zymogratic differences are obvious. The zymogratic of C. serratum, C. faberi, C. kanran, C. faberi var. szechuanicum are similar. According to the zymogramatic similarity among these varieties calculated with the method of polar ordination, they may be individed into 9 groups. C. hookerianum, C. tracyanum, C. eburneum, C. mastersii are the first group. The second group contains C. serratum, C. faberi, C. kanran and C. faberi var. szechuanicum. The others are independent, they may be individed into 6 groups, The intraspecific zymogramtic differences of C. serratum and C. serratum var. lianpan are great.
