盾叶薯蓣组织培养技术研究*

摘    要: 主要进行了盾叶薯蓣芽的诱导培养和带愈伤组织幼苗的生根培养。结果表明,芽诱导培养的17种培养基配方中,以MS+4mg/L BA+1mg/L KT为最好,其芽的诱导率达到68.72%;生根培养的4个培养基配方中,以MS+0.5mg/L NAA为最好,其生根率达到92.09%,且根粗、须根多。

Abstract:Induction the differentiation of buds and roots of Dioscorea zingiberensis was studied in present paper. Results showed that MS medium with 4 mg/L BA and 1 mg/L KT was the best for the differentiation of buds. The bud induction rate was up to 68.72% and the buds were doing well. MS medium enriched with 0.5 mg/L NAA appeared to be the optimum medium for the differentiation of roots. The root induction rate was 92.09%. Furthermore, the roots inducted in the medium were thicker and more fibrous roots than in other 3 kinds of medium.
