| 摘 要： | 用花魔芋的主芽、皮上芽孢组织作外植体。主芽用0.2%的升汞浸泡10 min消毒,接种到A1～A12共12种培养基上培养,A5适宜主芽生长及其周围侧芽的分化,A12适宜芽苗生根;皮上芽孢用0.3%的升汞浸泡10 min消毒,接种到A1,A2,A4,A5,A7,A8,A9共7种培养基上培养,A5适宜皮上芽孢生长,A9适宜芽孢分化。

| Abstract: | Explants were bud and budlet of Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu. Buds were soaked 10 min with 0.2% HgCl2 solution. Buds inocuLated in A1～A12 12 kinds of media for tissue culture. A5 medium was suitable for growth of buds and differentiation of side-bud. A12 medium was suitable for formation of roots. BudLets were soaked 10 min with 0.3% HgCl2 solution. Budlets inoculated in A1,A2,A4,A5,A7,A8,A9 7 kinds of media.A5 medinm was suitable for growth of budlets. A9 medium was suitable for differentiation of budlets. |
