摘    要:利用籼粳杂种优势是实现水稻超高产育种目标的重要途径之一。利用根据粳稻日本晴和籼稻93-11基因组序列设计的34对特异性插入/缺失(Insertion/Deletion,InDel)引物,对采自云南省7个地州17个县的181份糯稻品种进行籼粳性分析。通过对这些糯稻品种DNA样品在这34个InDel位点上的籼型或粳型基因频率,确定各个糯稻品种的籼、粳性。结果表明:141份测试品种被鉴定为典型籼稻,18份为籼稻,8份为典型粳稻,13份为粳稻,1份为偏粳稻。主成分分析表明,云南糯稻籼粳分化明显。

Abstract:Utilization of Indica Japonica heterosis was one of the most important ways to achieve the goal of high yield rice breeding. Indica Japonicaclassifications of 181 glutinous rice varieties collected in 17 counties of 7 cities in Yunnan were analyzed by calculating Indica and Japonica gene frequencies on 34 InDel sites of each glutinous rice varieties DNA samples and principal component analysis(PCA). 181 Yunnan glutinous rice varieties were classified as 141 typical Indicarice, 18 Indica rice, 1 Japonicaclinous rice, 13 Japonicarice and 8 typical Japonicarice. PCA showed that differentiations of Yunnan glutinous rice were significant.
