魔芋胞芽分化及植株再生的条件研究

摘    要: 用花魔芋的皮上胞芽组织作外植体。皮上胞芽用0.1%的升汞浸泡10~12 min消毒,接种到M1-M12共12种培养基上培养。结果表明:M5适宜皮上胞芽生长,M9适宜胞芽分化,M2既适宜皮上胞芽生长又适宜胞芽分化,M12适宜芽苗生根。

Abstract:Explants were budlet of Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu. BudLets were soaked 10~12 minutes with 0.1% HgCl2 solution. Budlets were inoculated in M1-M12 12 kinds of media. M5 medium was suitable for growth of budlets. M9 medium was suitable for differentiation of budlets. M2 medium was suitable for growth and differentiation. M12 medium was suitable for formation of roots.
