云南烤烟总多酚积累与着生叶位的相关性分析

摘    要: 本研究分别检测了云南15个主产区的不同叶位烤烟总多酚含量,检测结果显示:烤烟总多酚含量与叶片着生位序上升存在明显正相关。着生叶位上升,总多酚含量也相应升高。红花大金元和K326两个被测品种烟叶总多酚积累与着生叶位上升均呈线性正相关。分析结果还显示:云南不同产地烤烟叶位与总多酚含量的相关系数存在明显差异。云南不同产区烤烟多酚积累与着生叶位有规律的变化,是分产区、分叶位和精细利用烟叶资源的参考数据。

Abstract:The accumulation of polyphenols in different positions of tobacco leave was studied in 15 flue cured tobacco producing areas in Yunnan. The analysis results showed that the polyphenols content of tobacco leave was closed positively related with the tobacco leave positions. As the position of tobacco leave went up, the polyphenols content in tobacco had also tended to increase. The polyphenols content of tobacco leave in Hongda variety and K326 variety were linear positively correlated with the position of tobacco leave in Yunnan. And, the correlation coefficients between polyphenols content and leave positions were significantly different in different producing areas of Yunnan. The regular change of polyphenols content with the position of flue cured tobacco leave was a theoretical basis for the subarea, sub position and refined use of different position tobacco leave in Yunnan.
