日粮能量水平对乌金猪肝脏组织脂类代谢相关基因表达的影响

摘    要: 为探讨日粮能量水平对乌金猪肝脏组织脂类代谢基因表达的影响。选取体重约15kg的乌金猪54头,随机分为3组,设3个能量水平,分别为低能量水平(消化能11.84MJ/kg)、中能量水平(消化能12.97MJ/kg)和高能量水平(消化能14.18MJ/kg)。30, 60, 100kg体重时屠宰,取肝脏组织,采用RT PCR方法,检测脂类代谢基因的表达水平。结果显示:高能量组乌金猪肝脏组织乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)和固醇调节元件结合蛋白(SREBP-1c)基因的表达水平显著高于中和低能量组(P<0.05),但肉碱棕榈酰转移酶(CPT I)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体- α(PPAR-α)基因的表达水平显著低于中和低能量组(P<0.05)。该研究结果将为乌金猪的科学合理饲养提供理论依据。

Abstract:The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of dietary energy level on expression levels of hepatic lipid metabolism genes in Wujin pigs. Fifty four Wujin pigs with the body weight of 15 kg were randomly assigned into three groups and imposed on three different energy levels, which were low energy (DE: 11.84 MJ/kg), middle energy (DE: 12.97 MJ/kg) and high energy (DE: 14.18 MJ/kg) respectively. At the body weights of 30, 60 and 100kg, pigs were slaughtered and liver samples were taken for analyzing the expression levels of lipid metabolism genes by RT PCR. The results showed that the expression levels of acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACC), fatty acid synthase (FAS) and sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c (SREBP 1c) genes in high dietary energy group were significantly higher than low and middle energy groups (P<0.05). On the other hand, high energy could significantly reduce the expression of carnitine palmitoyltransferase I (CPT I), peroxisome proliferator activated receptor α (PPAR α) genes (P<0.05). This study would supply the theoretical foundation for the scientific feeding of Wujin pigs.
