牧草和饲料作物蛋白质变化与耐热性的关系

摘    要: 高温胁迫影响牧草和饲料作物的生长和生理生化代谢,原有蛋白质的降解、正常细胞蛋白的合成受阻以及诱导合成新的蛋白质等过程均能显著改变蛋白质的组成和含量,进而影响植物的耐热性。本文从热激蛋白(HSPs)等高温诱导蛋白以及高温胁迫对可溶性蛋白、磷脂酶D(PLD)、蔗糖合酶(SS)和蔗糖磷酸合酶(SPS)活性影响等方面,综述了牧草和饲料作物蛋白质变化与耐热性关系的研究现状。提出应进一步对高温胁迫导致蛋白质变化的机理以及蛋白质在植物体内的功能等方面开展研究,为进一步阐明牧草和饲料作物耐热的分子机制和提高牧草的耐热性提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Supraoptimal temperature limits growth and metabolic activities of forages and feed crops, by causing protein denaturation, inhibition of normal celullar proteins synthesis, and induction of some heat stock proteins (HSPs). Such protein changes could result in variation in protein composition and content, which in turn, affect plant tolerance ability to heat. In this article, the relationship between protein change and heat tolerance of forages and feed crops, focusing on heat induced proteins, such as HSPs, and effects of heat stress on soluble proteins, phospholipase D (PLD), the sucrose synthase (SS) and the sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) were reviewed. The proteins change with regard to thermotolerance in forages and feed crops are relatively well understood, however, further studies on the mechanisms and functions of changed proteins under heat stress are still highly demanded, which could provide basic information for further research on understanding molecular mechanism of heat tolerance and improve thermotolerance of forages and feed crops.
