对当前新农村建设状况的调查及对策思考——以保山市隆阳区辛街乡为个案

党中央实施建设社会主义新农村是一项惠及亿万农民、关系国家长治久安,解决“三农”问题的重大战略举措.此项工作经过近十年的实施,在改善农村基础设施,美化村容村貌,加快产业培育等方面均起到了积极的推动作用,但在实施过程中也存在很多问题和困难.本文根据笔者新农村建设工作实践,以隆阳区辛街乡新农村建设为个案,对当前新农村建设状况作了调查,详细介绍了新农村建设基本现状,对存在的问题作了认真分析,并按照新农村建设发展要求,从基层组织建设、新型农民培训、基础设施建设、产业发展等方面提出了发展对策.

Investigation and Countermeasures of Present New Rural Construction: With Xinjie Town Longyang District as a Case

Socialist new rural construction implemented by CPC Central Committee is a major strategic initiative which is related to the stability of the state and the solution to the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area, and which will benefit millions of farmers. This work, after nearly a decade of implementation, has been playing a positive role in promoting the infrastructure in rural areas, landscaping village appearance and speeding up industrial training. But there are many problems and difficulties existing in the process of implementation. In this paper, according to the new rural construction practice, the author made a case study on new rural construction of Xinjie Town, Longyang District, Baosban City and analyzed the existing problems. In accordance with the requirements of new rural construction, development countermeasures on basic organization construction, new farmers training, infrastructure construction, industrial development are put forward in the paper.
