| 摘 要： | 通过对36例德宏水牛和7例摩拉水牛C3bRR和ICR的检测,证实这两种水牛的红细胞具有补体C3b受体.表明红细胞疫系统(red cell immune system,RCIS)的概念也适用于这两类动物,文中还对C3bRR率和ICR率的含意作出了新的解释.

| Abstract: | In this thesis,Bubulus bubalis de hong's (swamp type)and murah's(river type) erythrocyte C_3b receptor has been demonstrated for the first time with the RBC C_3b receptor rosette (C_3bRR) and RBC immune complex rosette (ICR) tests.The presence of C_3b receptor on the erythrocyte confirmed the Siegel's hypothesis (1981) concerning red cell immune system (RCIS) also is true in Bubulus bubalis(both swamp type and river type).New explanation about the implication of the C_3bRR and ICR is submitted in this paper. |
