拮抗细菌GP13防治烟草黑胫病的田间应用

摘    要: 生防菌不同施用时期防治效果表明,生防菌对烟草黑胫病的防治效果在40.1%~90.5%,3个时期以成活后施用,防治效果较好,移栽期效果稍差,假植期防效相对较差。生防菌不同的施用浓度发现随着生防菌浓度的提高,其防效有所提高,500倍生防菌菌剂的防效与对照药剂相当,防效为42.6%~94.5%. 因此,生防菌菌剂以500倍稀释施用对黑胫病的防治效果较好,如病害严重于伸根期加施,效果则更为明显。对烟草黑胫病进行的大田防治试验结果表明,生防菌对烟草黑胫病有较好的防治效果,防效为52.2%~83.3%,与对照药剂的防治效果相当。

Abstract:Ferment products of antagonistic bacteria GP13 were applied at different growth periods and the controlling effects of tobacco black shank were investigated. The results showed that the control effect was between 40.1%~90.5% against tobacco black shank infection. Among the three application time periods, the control effects ranged from better to worse were seedling survival period, transplanting period and heel-in period. The control effects were increased with the increased concentration of GP13 application. The better control effects were achieved by 500 times dilution of GP13 product. The field experimental results indicated that antagonistic bacteria could control tobacco black shank and the control effects were between 52.2% and 83.3%.
