丽江烤烟漂浮育苗烟草花叶病毒检测及发生规律

 为查明丽江烟草漂浮苗病毒病原及有效预防烟草花叶病毒病提供依据，2006～2011年对丽江4县1区主要育苗点烟草漂浮苗进行随机抽样法取样采集16201份烟苗样品进行病毒血清学及形态学检测鉴定。结果表明：所采集的样品中仅检测出烟草花叶病毒，6年丽江总体烟草花叶病病毒病原阳性率占3.01%，表明烟草花叶病毒是危害丽江烟草漂浮苗的重要病毒病原。整体上丽江烟苗病毒病原阳性率由2006-2008的3.87%下降为2009-2011的2.14%，这主要是漂浮育苗技术推广的结果。仍出现较高的病毒病原阳性率的个别地方，需要加强育苗操作的管理。

Identification and Popular of Tobacco Mosaic Virus in Tobacco Seeding Float in Lijiang

In order to identify the viral pathogen of tobacco seedling by float system and facilitate to the tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) effectively control, 16201 samples were  detected and identified by virus serology and morphological from 2006 to 2011 were collected from major tobacco float nursery seedlings with random sampling method in 4 counties of Lijiang. The results showed that only tobacco mosaic virus were be detected, which is an important viral pathogen that harmful to floating tobacco seedlings. The overall positive rate of tobacco mosaic virus pathogen was 3.01% in last 6 years. The rate decreased from 3.87% in 2006-2008 to 2.14% in 2009~2011,which due to application of tobacco seedlings floating system. Whatever, it is necessary to strengthen management of floating system in individual local with higher TMV incidence.
