摘    要: 水稻耐低磷特性的研究和利用将成为解决多年来磷肥施用造成的环境污染和挖掘利用土壤潜在磷的有效途径之一。长期的低磷胁迫压力,使水稻进化了形态学、生理生化、分子生物学等方面的一系列耐性机制来扩大对土壤无效磷的活化吸收,对水稻耐低磷筛选指标、耐低磷基因源地理生态及磷素的体内运筹、耐低磷基因的时空表达特性等研究,有望推动水稻耐低磷的育种进程,产生巨大的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:Study and utilization on characteristics of tolerance to low-phosphorus in rice has been an efficient way to tackle environmental pollution which brought by fertilizing phosphorus for a long time and to utilize potential phosphorus in soil. Answering long term low phosphorus, the Mechanisms of morphology, physiology, biochemistry and Molecular of tolerance to low-phosphorus in rice are formed to activate and absorb ineffective phosphorus in soil. By the study of evaluating indexes of tolerance to low P, Ecogeographic characteristics, operation of phosphorus and spatio temporal expression of gene of tolerance to low P, breeding of tolerance to low P in rice is likely to expedite with enormous economic and environmental benefits.
