| 摘 要： | 作者于1993～1996年采用负染法、免疫电镜和超薄切片法对田间700个转基因抗烟草品系材料测定,从而描述病毒田间表现症状及病情、分布特点,病毒种群主要种类由CMV、PVY、TEV、TRSV、TVBMV、TMV、TNV组成,存在多种病毒类型复合传染现象,分析了病毒种群的时空分布和病毒区系的变化特点.

| Abstract: | From 1993 to 1996,700 transgenic tobacco plants were tested using negative stain,Ultrathin section methed and IEM,and their symptom and distribation were described too.The results showed the major virukinds were composed of CMV,PVY,TEV,TRSV,TVBMV,TMV and TNV,and there was a complex infection by several virus.The virus strains and their distribution have been changed in this study. |
