Hg, Pb及其相互作用对水稻种子生活力的影响

摘    要: 研究不同培养天数,Hg,Pb,Hg+Pb和Pb+Hg的不同处理浓度对水稻种子生活力的影响。结果表明,不同培养天数,水稻种子发芽百分数、根长、芽长均随Hg、Pb、Hg+Pb和Pb+Hg4种处理中Pb、Hg浓度的增加而降低;在4种处理方式的不同处理浓度下,发芽百分数、根长、芽长均随培养天数的延长而增加。Pb,Hg二者的相互作用比较复杂,对水稻种子生活力影响的毒性大小顺序为Pb+Hg>Hg,Pb+Hg>Pb.在此基础上,对Hg,Pb以及培养天数影响生活力的原因与Hg,Pb相互作用进行了初步的探讨。

Abstract:The effects of Pb,Hg and Pb Hg on the vitality of rece seed were studied.Results showed that germination percentage ,root length and bud length of rice seed decreased by the increasing of concentration of Pb,Hg,Pb Hg,which was four types of treatments and increased with increasing of cultivating days under the treatments above and in whole concentration. The order of influence of Pb and Hg on the vitality of rice seed was Pb Hg>Hg,Pb Hg>Pb.
