云南茶苗病原根结线虫种类鉴定初报

摘    要: 茶苗根结线虫病是发展茶叶生产的一大障碍。据作者近年调查,发病率可达90%,死苗率40%。按病原线虫的主要形态学特征鉴定,云南省茶苗病原根结线虫有3种,即:南方根结线虫、爪哇根结线虫和花生根结线虫。南方根结线虫占优势,其次为爪哇根结线虫与花生根结线虫。在云南省均为首次报道。采自澜沧县的种群中,观察到较典型的北方根结线虫的会阴花纹,花纹明显呈正六边形,右侧背腹线纹相遇有一定角度,向外延伸成"翼",这里可能存在有北方根结线虫。但在花纹中没见到尾端区的刻点,故未予定论,有待明确。

Abstract:Tea seedling disease caused by root-knot nematode is a large obstruction in tea production. As the present writer's investigation in recent years, the incidence of this disease amounts to about 90% and the death rate of tea seedlings to about 40% in the seriously affected tea plantation. According to the nematodes' mainly morphological characters, there are three species of Meloidogyne damaged tea seedlings of Yunnan province, i. e. Meloidogyne incognita(Kofoid white, 1919) Chitwood, 1949.,Meloidogyne javanica(Treub, 1885) Chitwood,1949.and Meloidogyne arenaria(Neal,1889) Chitwood, 1949. All of them are here first reported in this province. Among which, M. incognita is the dominant species, and M.javanica is secend. In this paper, it is also discussed whether there is Meloidogyne hapla Chitwood, 1949.in the tea areas of Yunnan.
