农抗SH-62的B2-UBL-609发酵研究

摘    要: 本文报道12种碳源,13种氮源和3种无机盐对农抗SH-62产生菌高产突变株B2-UBL-609生长及产素的影响;产素发酵条件:温度,周期,摇瓶装量,pH;产素活性最好的发酵培养基ACS1:黄豆饼粉5%,玉米粉2%,NaCl 1.5%,pH7.2.发酵周期72~96h,发酵温度37℃,摇瓶装量120ml/500ml三角瓶,pH7.0~7.5.

Abstract:This paper discrips the effects of twelve kind cf carbenic resourcos thirteennitrogenous and three inorganic salts used in culture by the strain Bz-UBL-609 on growth and yielding Antibiotics.The results as follows: The best culture medium is ACS1.Soybean cake powder 5%,soluble starch 2%, maizpowder 2%, NaCl 1.5%,pH 7.2. The optimal temprature is 37℃,for 72~96 h,pH 7.0~7.5,120ml medium in 500ml shaking glass flask.
