| 摘 要： | 从宗地估价信息系统建立的必要性出发,研究了宗地估价信息系统的设计与实现,探讨了构建Client/Server结构的宗地估价信息系统的设计方案。该系统选用组件式GIS—MapObjects作为地理信息系统软件,通用语言Delphi作为开发工具, Microsoft SQL Server作为后台数据库,能高效辅助完成宗地估价及相应的工作任务,并可实现图文一体化办公。

| Abstract: | Base on the necessity of building the information system for the evaluation of land price, the design and implementation of the information system for the evaluation of land price structure was studied and the design of land price evaluation information system of client/server structure was discussed in this paper. This system selects component GIS-MapObjects as GIS software,Delphi as develop tool,Microsoft SQL Server as data-base. This system can effectively provide assistance to finish the relevant task of land price evaluation and can accomplish the geographic office integration. |
