摘    要:阐述了国内外两种不同的社区发展模式的现状及特点,针对国内以住宅小区为标志的社区发展模式所引起的城市交通拥堵问题,提出了环境承载力概念。并以昆明市滇池路住区交通拥堵现状为例进行分析论证,提出了相应的解决方案:(1)开放住宅小区内部剩余交通承载力,增加子系统对母系统的资源返还;(2)通过营造网状社区街道,增加路网密度来完善区域交通微循环系统,从而缓解交通拥堵;(3)通过生态景观设计手法修复城市交通贯穿小区所带来的影响以保证小区环境质量。希望本文能对我国新型社区发展模式的探索和相应的社区生态景观规划设计的研究提供有益的参考。

Abstract:This article describes present situation and characteristics of two different community development models at home and abroad, puts forward the concept of environment carrying capacity, in face of the urban traffic congestion caused by the domestic community development model marked by residential quarters. And then, it takes Kunming Dianchi Road, residential quarters of the traffic impact analysis as an example, putting forward the corresponding solutions. Firstly, open residential quarters within the remainder of environment carrying capacity to increase the system's resources subsystem to return home. Then, to create network community streets, increase the density of road network to ease traffic congestion. Thirdly, repair the influence making by urban transport embracing the district to en- sure the impact of residential environment quality, through the way of ecological landscape design. We hope it can provide some useful references for exploration of china's new community development model and research of district ecological landscape design.
