修剪干扰下高羊茅的生长与生物量分配

摘    要:对不同修剪高度和频率处理下高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)的生长与生物量分配响应进行了研究,结果表明,修剪干扰下,不同处理间高羊茅再生速率,净再生量,分蘖数及其根、茎鞘、叶片的生物量以及对应的分配比例差异显著(P0.05)或极显著(P0.01);高羊茅生物量及其分配格局发生显著变化(P0.05),随着修剪强度越高,总生物量越低,根系生物量分配越大,叶片生物量分配越低,而茎鞘生物量分配在6 cm修剪时最高,9 cm修剪次之,3 cm修剪最小,频率修剪在同一修剪高度下差异不显著(P0.05)。高羊茅在高强度修剪下主要通过提高再生速率、降低净再生量和提高根系生物量分配的策略适应干扰,而在轻度修剪下采用增加净再生量,提高茎叶生物量比例的生长补偿策略。

Abstract:The objective of this study was to explore the mechanism that the growth and biomass allocation pattern of tall fescue(Festuca arundinacea)under different clipping frequencies and heights(high clipping 9 cm,Moderate clipping 6 cm,low clipping 3 cm,once a week,twice a week)The results showed thatthe regeneration rate,net renewable amount,tillering number,and the biomass of roots,stems,leaves as well as its corresponding allocations of tall fescue between difference treatments showed a significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)differenceThe biomass and its allocation pattern changed significantly(P<0.05)The allocation in total biomass and the leaf biomass decreased with the clipping intensity increasing but that in the root biomass increased and in stem biomass was the highest at clipping 6cm,lower at clipping 9cm and the lowest at clipping 3cm,and there was no significant effect under clipping frequency on stem biomass allocation(P>0.05)Tall fescue in the high intensity disturbance of clipping could mainly take the adaptive strategy of increasing the storage capacity of energy and reducing its consumption through raising regeneration rate,reducing the net renewable amount and improving the allocation of root biomass,while that in the light intensity disturbance of clipping could take the compensation growth strategy by increasing the net renewable amount and improving the allocation of stem and leaf biomass.
