版纳小耳猪胴体性状遗传参数的估测及几个活体性状与瘦肉率相关分析

 利用西双版纳州种猪场1981—1984试验的小耳猪育肥屠宰的140头资料,进行胴体性状遗传参数估测及几个活体性状与瘦肉率相关分析。小耳猪主要胴体性状的遗传力,胴体长0.22,背膘厚0.76,眼肌面积0.62,瘦肉率0.38,腿臂比0.51,腿肉率0.96,腰肉率0.87。瘦肉率与达60公斤体重日龄,膘厚,眼肌面积,腿臂比,腰肉率的遗传相关分别为0.35,-0.33,0.92,0.69和0.86。几个活体性状与瘦肉率通径分析结果,活体背膘与瘦肉率的通径系数为-0.1766,与眼肌面积的通径系数为0.5031,与达60公斤日龄的通径系数为0.3421。因此,选择这几个性状有可能改善小耳猪的瘦肉率。

Genetic Parameter Estimate of Carcass Traits and Related Analyse of Some Body Traits With Lean Meat Percentage from Banna Small-ear Pigs

A Carcass trait parameter estimaate and a related analyse of body traits with lean meat percentage was conducted using dete of Banna Smallear pigs. The pigs were fattened and slaughtesed in Xishuang Banna Breeding pig farm from 1981 up to 1984.A total number of 140 qigs were involved. The heritability of Smallear pigs main carcass trints,is carcass length 0.22,backfat thickness 0.76 loin-eye area 0.62,lean meat percentage 0.38, ham and rump ration 0.51,lean ham ration 0.96,loin ration 0.87.The genetic correlation of lean meat percentage with day to body weight 60 kilogram, backfat thickness,lion-eye area,ham and rump ration,loin ration reached 0.35, 0.92,0.69,0.86 respectively. The path analysis results of some body traits with lean meat percentage, are path coefficient of lean meat percentage with backfat thickness-0.1766,with loin-eye area 0.5031,with day to boey weight 60 kilogram 0.3421.Thus selection of these body traits wilt improve the lean meat percentage of Small-ear Pigs.
