摘    要: 为了探索不同磷肥施用量对柱花草侧芽发生的影响,以热研2号、有钩柱花草和电白柱花草为材料,设置了3个磷肥(P2O5)水平,分别为每千克土施入磷肥0.2,0.8,1.6g,并以不施磷肥为对照,在温室条件下进行盆栽试验。以累计主茎和侧枝的侧芽数量为指标进行了连续观测和分析。结果表明, 供试柱花草材料的主茎和侧枝的侧芽数是其遗传特性和栽培条件共同作用的结果。不同供试柱花草有利于其侧芽发生的最佳施磷量不同,热研2号柱花草最佳磷肥施用量为每千克土施入磷肥0.2g,其他2个供试柱花草的最佳磷肥施用量为每千克土施入磷肥0.8g。施用磷肥可以促进柱花草主茎侧芽和侧枝侧芽的发生,但对侧枝侧芽发生的影响更大,促进侧枝侧芽的发生可能是磷肥提高柱花草产量的重要途径。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of different phosphorus levels on lateral bud germination of Stylosanthes spp., the pot experiment was carried on in the greenhouse, the S. guianensis cv.Reyan No2, S. hamata (L.) Taub and S. guianensis TPRC dianbai 98 were taken as materials, with 3 different levels of phosphorus consumption (P2O5) which were using 0.2, 0.8, 1.6g phosphate fertilizer per kilogram soil, and no phosphate fertilizer as CK. Continuous observations and analysis were carried out on the accumulated amount of main stem lateral buds and branch lateral buds. The results showed that the numbers of main stem lateral buds and branch lateral buds between the different Stylosanthes spp. were the result of the interaction of hereditary character and cultivation. The best phosphate fertilizer application rates of S. guianensis cv. Reyan No2 was using 0.2g phosphate fertilizer per kilogram soil, and the other two materials were using 0.8g phosphate fertilizer per kilogram soil. Germination of lateral buds of on main stem and lateral branch of Stylosanthes spp. can be promoted by using phosphate fertilizer, but more influence on which is on the lateral branch, so promoting the germination of lateral buds on lateral branch is probably an important path that the yield of Stylosanthes spp. can be improved by using phosphate fertilizer.
