除虫菊主要农艺性状的相关及通径分析

摘    要: 研究从云南泸西除虫菊常规栽培群体中随即抽测了963株除虫菊头状花序的除虫菊酯含量,并观测了其中100株除虫菊的12个农艺性状,对其进行了相关性分析和通径分析。结果表明,栽培群体中植株间性状差异较大,花梗数、花朵数、干花产量和除虫菊酯产量的变异系数均在30%以上。栽培群体中除虫菊酯含量幅度为0.47%~2.43%,平均除虫菊酯含量为1.63%。除虫菊酯含量与除虫菊酯产量的相关系数最大(r=0.767),而与其他农艺性状没有显著相关性。干花产量、花朵数、花梗数、株幅与除虫菊酯产量的相关系数均达到极显著水平。倒伏性与除虫菊酯产量呈负相关,初选时可增加选择强度。通径分析表明干花产量对除虫菊酯产量的直接通径系数最大(P=0.869),除虫菊酯含量次之(P=0.787),且除虫菊酯含量的间接作用较小。株高和花直径与除虫菊酯产量的相关系数和直接通径系数均较小,在选育时其选择标准可适当放宽。

Abstract:In this study, 963 plants were selected from the pyrethrum cultivation population in Yunnan, their pyrethrins content in the dry flowers were determined, and twelve main agronomic traits of 100 plants were also observed in order to carry out correlation and path coefficient analysis. The results showed that all plants were widely different in phenotype, the coefficient variation were above 30% among the agronomic traits of bolting stem number, flower number, dry flower yield and pyrethrins yield. Pyrethins content ranged from 0.47%~2.43%, and the average value was 1.63%. Pyrethrins content had the highest correlation coefficient with pyrethrins yield (r=0.767), but insignificantly correlated with other agronomic traits. Dry flower yield, flower number, bolting stem number and bush diameter all significantly associated with pyrethrins yield. A negative correlation also existed between lodging and pyrethrins yield, thus lodged plants can be removed from the population early on. Path coefficient analysis indicated that dry flower yield had the strongest direct positive effects on pyrethrins yield (P=0.869), followed by pyrethrins content (P =0.787), and indirect effects of pyrethrins content were small. Both plant height and flower diameter had lower correlation coefficient and direct path coefficient with pyrethrins yield, and the selected standards for them can be lower properly.
