烘烤过程中不同品种及成熟度烟叶质体色素含量的分析*

摘    要: 以红花大金元(HD)、K326,云烟85烤烟品种为材料,研究了烘烤过程中不同成熟度烟叶含水率和质体色素含量的变化。结果表明,各品种不同成熟度烟叶在烘烤定色期和干筋期含水率呈现不同的变化趋势,并且都以过熟烟叶含水率的下降速度较快,欠熟烟叶含水率的下降速度较慢;各品种类胡萝卜素的降解主要发生在变黄期,定色期后降解速率缓慢;不同成熟度烟叶烘烤过程中叶绿素的降解以过熟叶最快,欠熟叶最慢;云烟85叶绿素含量的下降速度较快,而红花大金元烟叶的叶绿素含量的下降速度明显较慢。

Abstract:The changes of water content and chromoplast pigments contents in tobacco leaves of different varieties and maturity during curing with the flue cured tobacco variety HD were studied by using K326 and YUN85 as experimental materials.The results indicated: the changes of water content in each varieties′ tobacco leaves of different maturities had different trends, the water content in overmature leaves decreased faster, and in immature leaves it decreased slowlier. Each varieties′ carotenoid degraded mainly in yellowing stage, after the stage of fixing color, it degraded slowlier. The degradation speed of chlorophyll in overmature tobacco leaves was faster than other maturities, mand the immature leaves was the slowest. The degradation speed of chlorophyll in YUN85 leaves was faster than other varieties, and it was slower in HD leaves obviously.
