摘    要: 从滇四型籼稻“913A”的测交一代中出现大量的不育株,观察表明是“913A”不育系自交结实的后代.经分期播种研究,“913A”具有明显的温敏特性,自交结实的主导因子是温度.日平均温度21.88~24.27℃为育性转换温度,在日平均26.73℃的条件下自交结实率16%,可作温敏“两系”法利用.“913A”是优质软米,配合力强,现测配出4个优质米组合.

Abstract:A lot of sterile plants were found in F1 of the test crose with the male sterile line 913 of Dian-type hydrid rice. It indicated that the sterile plants are offspring of 913 reproduced by self-fertilization. Studies with sowing by stage showed that 913 has a distinct temperature-sensitive character, and the leading factor in self-fertilization is temperature. The daily average temperature during fertility change is 21.88~24.37℃. Under a daily average temperature of 26.8℃, the rate of reproduction with self-fertilization is 16%. So the temperature-sensitive male sterility can be used in rice breading with the two-Line method. "913" is a kind of good soft rice, with strong combining ability. Four combinations of rice with high quality have been selected.
